Sameer is the best example of career progression within callem. He joined us as a Regional Supervisor in 2006 and in the 11 plus years he has been with us he has held various roles such as Regional manager, HR Manager and is currently working with us as Head of Retail for the past 2 years.
Manager, Retail Operations
Marwan is another classic example of career progression within callem. He joined us in 2010 as a Showroom Sales man and has since gone from being Showroom supervisor, Area Supervisor and is now working as Manager, Retail Operations since the past year.
